Ghana’s Mohammed Kudus joins Ajax Amsterdam from Nordsjaelland

Ghanaian prodigy Mohammed Kudus has joined Dutch giants Ajax Amsterdam from Danish side FC Nordsjaelland for a fee of €9 million.

Kudus, who has impressed many European coaches and scouts this season with his enormous talents on display has been purchased by the Dutch side to replace Morrocan international Hakim Ziyech who joined Chelsea FC in England this summer.

The Ghana International has signed a five-years deal for the Dutch powerhouse following the agreement between both parties.

The 19-year-old has been on the radar of many European top clubs including English Champions Liverpool FC and Spanish giants FC Barcelona respectively.

After weeks of rumour linking to Ghanaian to most of the top teams in Europe, four times UEFA Champions League winners Ajax Amsterdam have announced the capturing of the sensational teen.

The Ghanaian will join the Dutch side to complete his medicals with the Amsterdam – based club when the Denmark top-flight ends in the coming weeks.

Kudus has 11 goals and four assists in 24 games for the Tigers this campaign and would be expected to hit the ground running in the Dutch Eredivisie with his attacking prowess for the Champions League side.
