Ghana’s new sensation Ernest Nuamah earns first Black Stars call-up for AFCON qualifier

Ghana’s teen sensation Ernest Nuamah has earned his first ever Black Stars for the upcoming 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Madagascar.

The young man has been in a scintillating form for the Red and Yellows outfit this season in the Denmark Superliga scoring goals for fun.

He helped the Black Meteors beat the Greens of Algeria to secure qualification for the 2023 CAF U-23 Championship in Morocco next month.

Nuamah has scored 19 goals across all competitions this season for the Red and Yellow Wild Tigers this campaign, becoming the Ghanaian with the highest goals in a single season for the club.

The Black Stars Coach has selected a 24-player group for the trip to Antananarivo on Sunday, June 18, 2023.
