Ghanaian defender Andy Yiadom could make a switch to Nottingham Forest after the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.

The 27-year-old right-back is contracted to Reading up to the summer of 2022 but he might make a move to Forest with the club needing a player in that position.

According to Football World, Nottingham boss Martin O’neil has identified Yiadom as his first option and could swoop for him this summer as Reading are not in a position to maintain him.

The former EPL side struggled last season and missed the relegation zone by a whisker with the Ghanaian playing a key role.

Yiadom whose transfer fee is pegged at 2.5 Million Pounds played 48 games last season scoring four goals and providing one assist.
