Ghanaian winger Ibrahim Sadiq stole the show in AZ Alkmaar’s thrilling comeback against RKC Waalwijk, earning him the Man of the Match title.

AZ Alkmaar was struggling in the first half, with David Min scoring two goals for RKC Waalwijk. But everything changed when Sadiq entered the game in the second half. He quickly made an impact, setting up Yukinari Sugawara with an assist just four minutes into his playtime.

Sadiq’s impressive performance continued as he scored the equalizer nine minutes later, showcasing his skills on the field.

AZ Alkmaar completed their comeback with a goal from Vangelis Pavlidis, securing a 3-2 win at the AFAS Stadion.

Since joining AZ from BK Hacken last summer, Sadiq has been proving himself as a valuable player. With a goal and two assists in 12 Dutch Eredivisie appearances, he’s making a strong case for a regular spot in the starting lineup.
