Asante Kotoko defeated Accra Hearts of Oak on Sunday in the Ghana Premier League.

The Phobians came into the second half and continued from where they left off in the opening 45 minutes and were rewarded with their efforts when talisman Joseph Esso headed home the leveller.
Kotoko were awarded a penalty in the 89th minutes when youngster Mathew Anim Cudjoe’s attempted effort hit defender Mohammed Alhassan’s hand just inside the box.
Guinean import Naby Keita stepped up and converted the resulting spot kick expertly to put the Porcupines back in front to send the fans into a wild jubilation.
The game ended 2-1 to Asante Kotoko.
