Accra Hearts of Oak head coach Kostadin Papic has resigned with immediate effect.
The Serbian tactician was appointed in November in charge of the Phobians and lasted for barely three months.
The experienced gaffer has tendered in his resignation letter to the club’s board following a meeting on Monday evening.
Papic, who had won the league title for the Phobians in 2009 took over from underperforming Manager Edward Nii Odoom.
It was all rosy when Papic led the Rainbow club in his four games in charge but things changed going forward as his 10 matches in the Premier League ended with four wins, three draws and three loses.
Before Papic resigned his assistant, Joseph Asare Bediako also resigned from his post last week citing personal reasons.
Hearts of Oak are now in deep crisis and the search for a new manager to take charge for the remainder of the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League season.
