Accra Hearts of Oak’s delegates for National Chapters Committee have voted new leaders into office to manage affairs for the next four years.
Mr. Elvis Hesse was voted as the National Chapters Committee chairman at the Civil Service Auditorium on Saturday, June 22nd 2019.
A total of 472 delegates, comprising three persons each from the 149 registered Chapters of Accra Hearts of Oak, together with 16 NCC executives, three management members and a member of the Board of Directors of the club, two members of Hearts Ladies and three members of the old players association participated in the elections.
