‘I can’t wait to play for Ghana if called upon’ – AS Roma youngster Ohene-Gyan

Sensational Ghana kid Felix Afena Ohene-Gyan is hoping to take off on the high against Nigeria in the 2022 world cup play off first leg game on Friday evening in Kumasi.

According to the The young attacker, the atmosphere in camp is charging and he is really looking forward to the game as he can’t wait to don the national team jersey for the first time in his career.

“I am very much ready to make my debut for the Black Stars and I must tell you all that I am really happy with what I have seen so far in camp, having met my teammates for the first time,” Afena-Gyan was quoted by Complete Sports

“I can’t wait to play for Ghana and if called upon, I promise to give my very best to make sure that we win on Friday. It would be a dream come true to play at the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup,”
Afena-Gyan is likely to lead Ghana’s attack on Friday in the epic encounter.

The 19-year-old Ghanaian versatile forward played 14 matches in the Italy Serie A netting two goals for AS Roma leading to his Black Stars call-up for Nigeria clash.
