Ghanaian forward Jordan Ayew showcased his brilliance with a goal and an assist as Crystal Palace bossed Burnley FC in the English Premier League on Saturday afternoon at home.
Ayew, the Ghana International footballer, commenced the game on a high note, initiating the first goal-scoring opportunity for the Red and Blue Eagles.
Following a thrilling yet goalless first 45 minutes, Ayew played a pivotal role in setting up Chris Richards to break the deadlock, putting the hosts 1-0 ahead after 68 minutes.
Just three minutes later, the Black Stars forward himself found the back of the net, extending the lead to 2-0 for the hosts with a remarkable strike, capping off a stellar performance.
To seal the victory, Jean-Philippe Mateta added the icing on the cake with another goal, making it 3-0 by the end of the match at Selhurst Park.
With this impressive display, the 32-year-old Ghana International has amassed four goals and six assists in 23 matches this season in the English Premier League.
