Kasoa: Two Ghanaian Policemen shot dead

Two Ghanaian police officers have been shot dead on Wednesday at Aplaku near Kasoa, the Service confirmed in a terse statement.

Police have arrested two suspects involved in the shooting of the two Policemen.

“The vehicle, an unregistered Toyota Camry has also been retrieved together with some relevant articles. Both officers stationed at Kasoa MTTD have been confirmed dead,” the Ghana Police Service posted on its Facebook page.

The statement added: “The public is encouraged to remain calm and provide information to help weed out criminals in our society.”
