Kotoko name seven new players in starting line-up for Pillars game

Asante Kotoko Norwegian head coach Kjetil Zachariassen has officially named his men to do battle against Kano Pillars.

In their quest to conquer Africa for the first time in ages, the Porcupines’ trainer has released a list containing his 11 men to start the journey in Nigeria.

The Kotoko stating line-up is made up of seven new players in the team including defender Empem Dacoster, Ayiku Tetteh, Justice Blay, Samuel Frimpong, Richard Arthur, Kelvin Andoh and Uganda attacker George Abege.

Kick off is 4pm local time in Kano at the Sani Abacha Sports Stadium.

Below is the 18 players for the game this afternoon.

Starting line-up: Felix Annan, Empem Dacoster, Evans Owusu, Habib Mohammed, Ayiku Tetteh, Justice Blay, Emmanuel Gyamfi, Samuel Frimpong,Kelvin Andoh,George Abege, Richard Arthur.

Subs: Osei Kwame (GK), Alexis Didi, Naby Keita, Godfred Asiamah, Patrick Yeboah, Owusu Sefah,Wahab Adams
