Asante Kotoko winger Maxwell Baakoh has resumed training with his teammates after a lengthy injury layoff ahead of the team’s CAF Confederation Cup playoffs.

The former Karela United dribbling gem has been out for seven months after suffering an injury during the team’s CAF Confederation Cup campaign last season.

Baakoh started his recovery towards full fitness eight weeks ago and is deemed ready to play by the club doctors.

The 24-year old brilliant and gifted left footed winger trained on Monday for the first time with his colleagues.

The player could be making his return in his side’s Confederation Cup playoffs.
