The Executive Chairman of Dreams FC, Kurt ES Okraku, will contest the Ghana FA presidential elections.

The astute football administrator made his intentions of ascending Ghana’s highest football office known on Monday in a public post on Facebook.

“Fellow members of the football family, after a thorough process of deliberation, discussions, engagements and consultations with the various stakeholders of our industry, I have decided to put myself forward to contest the leadership of the Ghana Football Association, when the process officially opens,” he said.

Okraku, who holds an MBA in football administration from the University of Liverpool in England, has over two decades of top level football administration.

He has previously been at the helm of affairs at Wise, Wasaman, GHALCA and also as marketing manager of Accra Hearts of Oak.

He has been able to transform Dreams FC to become one of the most vibrant football club in Ghana in recent years.
