Accra Hearts of Oak came back from a goal down to beat Liberty Professionals 2-1 in Dansoman.

The Scientific Soccer Lads drew first blood with just two minutes of play when defender Mike Sefa rose the highest to connect beautifully following a corner kick.

Both teams gave the fans a beautiful match full of entertainment and action to enjoy.

The first 45 minutes ended with Liberty going into the break one goal up.

The Phobians upped their game in the second half of the match in search of the equalizer in the early stages.

Pressure from the Rainbow Boys finally paid off with four minutes left to play when Bernard Mensah headed home the equalizer from close range following a cross from the left side of attack to make it 1-1.

Two minutes later, Kofi Kordzi pounced on a loose ball to score the all-important second goal to secure a 2-1 away win.

Hearts will play host to arch rivals Kumasi Asante Kotoko next Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
