In an interview with Ajax TV, the Black Stars midfielder said there is more to come from him in the ongoing campaign.

“I think compared to previous seasons this has been my best but I’m not where I want to be yet. The goal is to win the cup and the league, and until I achieve that, I haven’t done anything yet. So, there is more coming, more work to be done.” He said.

Kudus scored two goals in three games at the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar last November and December for the Black Stars and was the only Ghana player to win Man-Of-The-Match award at the Mundial.

He scored four goals in five UEFA Champions League games and provided two assists in the 2022-23 competition winning two Man-Of-The-Match awards.

He has also scored one goal each in the UEFA Europa League, Dutch KNVB Cup and 10 goals in the Dutch Eredivisie making his total 16 in all competitions.
