Missing: Police issues alert for whereabouts of 16-year-old girl
The development has sparked several concerns in the Northern regional capital as residents demand an improved security in the area.
In December last year for instance, a 16-year-old girl who resides in Tamale, was reported missing by the Northern Regional Police Command.
An extract from the police and signed by the then Deputy Supt. Mohammed Tanko Yusif of the Regional Public Affairs Unit said Rasheeda left home on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, at 5:30 am to an unknown location and has since not returned.
All efforts to trace her whereabouts have, however, proved futile.
