Members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the United States gathered in Washington DC to celebrate the 56th birthday of Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, popularly known as Napo, the MP for Manhyia South.
The event, which took place on Thursday (23 May), brought together party stalwarts, supporters, and well-wishers to honour the achievements and contributions of the esteemed lawmaker currently serving under the Akufo-Addo administration as Energy Minister.
The celebration featured speeches highlighting Napo’s dedication to public service and his impactful initiatives both in his constituency and on the national stage.
Attendees praised Dr. Opoku Prempeh for his unwavering commitment to education and energy sector reforms, which have significantly benefited Ghanaians.
The event was marked by the cutting of the birthday cake with the members reiterating their commitment to supporting Dr. Opoku Prempeh’s vision for development and progress in Ghana.
