Norwegian-born Ghanaian defender Ihle Yaw Amankwah has signed for Eliteserien side Stabaek on a two-year deal.
Amankwah, 31, will continue his career at the Blue-ones after leaving Danish side Hobro.
Though primarily a centre back, Amankwah can also be used in midfield and he made 19 appearances providing two assists in the Danish Superliga.
The towering guardsman who is the cousin of retired Ghanaian international Emmanuel Frimpong is yet to be capped by Norway or Ghana at any level.
