New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for Juaben in the Ashanti Region Francis Owusu-Akyaw has confidently stated that he will retain the Juaben seat for the governing party.
The Minerals Consultant says the constituency has seen remarkable development in the constituency, which he attributes to the NPP’s commitment to transforming Juaben through various initiatives and infrastructure projects.
He highlighted the NPP’s achievements in Juaben since it took office, emphasizing that these developmental projects have greatly improved the lives of the people.
Owusu-Akyaw was at the Electoral Commission (EC) office at Juaben to officially submit his nomination papers on Monday (9 September). He urged constituents to recognize the party’s efforts and continue to support the NPP to ensure more progress.
“I am appealing to you to vote for someone who can lobby projects and bring development to the Yendi constituency and that is Francis Owusu-Akyaw” he told Asaase Radio.
“As an agent of development, it is time for me to serve my constituency. I have the people at heart, and I am ready to bring development closer to the people. NPP is in good shape to retain Juaben seat and I am committed to helping our flagbearer Dr Mahamudu Bawumia to win this year’s elections”, he added.
Accompanying Mr Owusu-Akyaw were the Constituency Chairman Sarfo Kantaka, and Municipal Chief Executive Michael Omari among other party executives and sympathizers.
