Official: Ghanaian midfielder Edmund Addo joins Serbia giants Crvena Zvezda

Ghanaian midfielder Edmund Addo after a successful medicals has signed for Serbia Super Liga giant Crvena Zvezda (Red Star Belgrade), Dailymailgh.com can confirm.

 

The box-to-box midfielder has penned a four-year deal with the Red and Whites outfit ahead of the 2023-24 season.

 

He played in the UEFA Champions League with Sheriff Tiraspol but left in January 2023 to another serbia club Spartak Subotica for the 2022-23 campaign.

 

Addo played just 11 matches in the just concluded season for Subotica but has impressed the technical team of the club leading to signing of the player.

He will wear the number 21 jersey at the club and have the chance to play in either the UEFA Champions League or UEFA Europa League with the Serbians.
