French Ligue 1 returnees FC Metz have signed Ghanaian forward Benjamin Tetteh on a three-year contract from English Championship team Hull City FC ahead of the 2023-24 campaign which starts this weekend in France.
The Ghana International striker has signed up for the next three seasons for Metz club. The Ghanaian is therefore tied to Garnets until June 2026.
Benjamin Tetteh formerly played for Standard de Liège in Belgium, which he joined in 2015. He also played in Czech on loan for FC Slovako then to the Bohemians of Prague.
The 26-year-old the national cup in 2020, during his time in the Czech capital for Sparta Prague and scored 19 goals and 9 assists in 75 appearances.
He formerly played for Yeni Malatyaspor in Turkey between 2020 and 2022, and has made seven appearances for Ghana.
A few days before the official start of the 2023-2024 season, Benjamin Tetteh joins Moselle in the hope of continuing his progress while helping the Garnet club achieve its league goals.
