The gesture is part of its support to the healthcare needs of health facilities in the Adentan Municipal Assembly under its flagship programme – “Operation Random Acts of Kindness”.

Pat and Partners International is a health, educational and social non-governmental, non-profit making foundation with the aim of reducing maternal mortality, facilitating foster care and adoption services for abandoned babies and supporting children living with HIV by offering relief services that support these causes.

The donated items comprised infusion packs, boxes of adhesive plaster, boxes of analgesic including paracetamol, diclofenac tablets, suppositories and injectables. Others are boxes of paracetamol syrup, methylated spirit and povidine iodine.

Presenting the items, Dr Brainerd Anani, the president of Pat and Partners International stated that the gesture was to support the facility in their rural outreach and health screening programmes in the community.

The head of the facility, Jocelyn Afful lauded the foundation for the significant benevolence and gave the assurance that the health center was committed to delivering quality healthcare service.

Afful also assured the foundation that the items donated would be used for the purpose of which it was delivered.
