Containing and mitigating the impact of the COVID-19 virus has been the number one preoccupation of governments, businesses, and communities around the world since the deadly virus started to spread from Wuhan, China, at the beginning of the year.

Declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 11, 2020, COVID-19 has altered the way we move, live, work and socialize. Governments around the world have instituted measures to control the spread of the virus and “flatten the curve” of the
epidemic in order to bring life back to normalcy.
