Ghanaian midfielder Obeng Regan and two of his NK Istra team mates namely Cuze and Buric were at the Monte Zaro Basic School to spend time with the children on Thursday.
Regan and his colleagues interracted with the kids and held a soccer clinic for them as part of their social responsibilities.
The trio advised the kids to take their education serious and those with football talent or have ambitions to be footballers to also be disciplined as it will help them to get to the top.
Regan was NK Istra’s best player last season and was arguably the best central midfielder in the Croatian topflight.
He has been very influential for Istra this season netting a goal in four games so far.
