Ghana Premier League giants Asante Kotoko have appointed Johnson Smith as head coach.
Reports reaching Dailymailgh.com suggest that the former Karela United gaffer has been given a two-year contract by the Porcupines.
Smith joined the club a few weeks ago as the assistant coach of the club during their African campaign in the CAF Confederation Cup.
After Kotoko’s elimination by Ivorian side FC San Pedro, Norwegian tactician Kjetil Zachariassen was booted out.
Reliable sources have confirmed the appointment of Smith as the new coach of the Fabulous Club.
