Croatian side HNK Rijeka have placed a transfer fee of 700,000 Euros on former Ghanaian youth attacker Maxwell Boadu Acosty.

Dailymailgh.com understands that Italian Serie B side Cosenza are interested in the attacker as a replacement for Carlos Embalo who has returned to Palermo after his loan deal and the Whites have made it clear that the Ghanaian will not move for anything less than 700,000 Euros.

Acosty last season netted seven goals in 29 appearances as Rijeka finished 2nd in the Croatian topflight.

The 27-year-old attacker spent nine years in Italy playing for clubs including Reggiana, Fiorentina, Chievo, Latina and others before moving to Croatia in 2017.
