Ghana’s Black Stars starman Mohammed Kudus is expected to be out with his latest injury against Feyenoord Rotterdam for at least two to three weeks, Dailymailgh.com understands.

The 22-year-old picked up a hamstring injury in mid-week when Ajax defeated Feyenoord in the Dutch Cup semifinals to secure finals berth.

The Ghanaian international was replaced by Francisco Conceicao in the 61st minute after picking what has been described as a muscle injury as Ajax defeated Feyenoord 2-1.

Mohammed Kudus was subbed off against Feyenoord after sustaining an apparent muscle injury though the extent of the injury is unknown for now as he’s set for scan today.

Kudus’ only goal in this competition came in the round of 16 against Twente, which saw Ajax progress to the quarterfinals.

The hosts pulled level through Tomas Gimene’s header from an Alireza Jahanbaksh lofted pass.

Davy Klaassen scored the winner for Ajax to see them progress to the Dutch Cup finals.

Mohammed Kudus is still yet to score since the international break, after playing 90 minutes against Go Ahead Eagles over the weekend in the Dutch Eredivisie.

The 22-year-old Ghanaian versatile player has 18 goals and eight assists in all competitions this season for the Dutch Eredivisie giant AFC Ajax Amsterdam.
