He said a pathologist has completed an autopsy and will present a full report to the police.

He assured that police will intensify investigations to bring the culprits to book.

“I can confirm that she was shot. The body which was left in the room for four days had partially decomposed when we arrived. So we have informed health officials to examine the body before it is released to the family for burial”, DSP Yavogah told Dailymailgh.com.

He appealed to residents to provide credible information that will lead to the arrest of the culprits.

Neighbours are in a state of shock.
