The Asokwa Circuit Court has set May 4 for the Case Management Conference in the ongoing trial of the Suame NDC youth organizer, Razak Koampa Avoliya.

During sitting on Tuesday, April 4, the prosecution confirmed it had served the accused person with all documents required for the trial.

The court presided over by Fred Obikyere consequently adjourned the case to May 4.

Razak handed himself to the police after he was declared a wanted man.

This was after he made some unsavoury statements in a video.

The Ashanti Regional executive of the NDC on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, handed him over to the police.

The next day he was arraigned and remanded in police custody.

He is currently on a GHC50,000 bail.
