The Jacobu District Court has adjourned to September 6 the case of three suspects linked to the murder of the Tweneboa Kodua SHS at Benebene, near Manso Odaho in the Amansie Central District of the Ashanti Region.

The accused persons were on Tuesday (August 23) remanded into prison custody when they appeared before the Jacobu District Court for the second time.

Prosecutors prayed for the adjournment to allow the police to advance their investigations. The police said they were also closing in on the fourth suspect.

Daniel Osei Mensah was killed when the attackers robbed him of his motorbike early this month. His final funeral rites has been slated for Sunday September 4, his family had told dailymailgh.com.
