Ghanaian striker Jordan Ayew scored his first goal of the season for Crystal Palace in their 4-1 home win over Leeds United on Saturday.
The former Olympic Marseille forward returned to full action for the first time after contracting Covid-19 at national team camp in Turkey last month.
Scott Dan, Eberechi Eze and Helder Costa’s goals made sure Palace led with two goals advantage as Patrick Bamford scored a consolation for the visitors before half time.
Ayew, 29, scored his first goal on the 70th minute of the game when he was set up by Wilfred Zaha to make the final score 4-1 to Palace.
Ayew has his first goal of the season in six games after scoring today.
