Wazito FC commiserates with Ghana’s Acquah

Newly-promoted Kenyan Premier League side Wazito FC have sent a message of condolence to Ghanaian winger Paul Acquah.

Acquah who is currently in Ghana for holidays lost his father on Tuesday and after the club heard of the demise, they have released an official statement to urge the player to stay strong.

“On a sad note, please help us to console Paul Acquah who has lost his father in Ghana. We stand with him and his family in prayer in this difficult times. May God’s favour in abundance be upon them. May they celebrate his life as a treasure to humanity. RIP,” the statement read.

Acquah has been given extra weeks off due to the development as the club kicks off pre-season this week.

The former Hearts of Oak player was instrumental last season netting eight goals as Wazito booked their topflight ticket.
